Carmel Italian Blue Chiffon Dress

The fabric is a crisp chiffon in a beautiful shade of blue, made in Italy. The front bodice is pleated allowing the blue to be the dominant color, while the flutter sleeves and back bodice bear a contrasted look with vertical stripes. Carmel has a button-closure, thin sash and slightly gathered skirt. It is fully lined with a ruffled layer to add perfect volume to the skirt.
